Today I saw so many organisms at a patch reef for a benthic survey that I’ve never seen before in my life. I got to see a trumpetfish, and although I didn’t get a picture of it, it truly is forever burned into my memory of how beautiful of an animal it is. I’m so glad I got this opportunity, and I know these experiences whether professional or personal with my friends here with me will carry with me in my memories forever. Every day is a challenge and a learning experience, but I do enjoy the daily task of making do with what you can.
