Cabo Rojo and the salt flats were very cool! I love a nice hike, especially one that overlooks the coast and has snacks along the way (perfectly ripe prickly pear cactus fruit). The water in the salt flats was warm and to no one's surprise, very salty. Salinity measured at 112ppt, when open ocean water averages at 35ppt, crazy!
