Twinkling dinoflagellates! (And last day in La Parguera)

 Last day snorkeling in Puerto Rico! 

    This trip has gone by so fast-- it feels like we landed just yesterday! I have fallen in love with the time I have had here, and the great laughs we've had (truly not a day went by when I wasn't smiling). 

    This morning we revisited Laurel and Caracoles to do some snorkeling, which was nice to relax and enjoy the morning before our talks during lunch. Meeting Jaaziel and Glorimar was awesome, and they study pretty awesome things, both of them had me on the edge of my seat! 

    The best part of the day had to be the time we spent in La Parguera doing the bio bay tour! It was absolutely magical. The dinoflagellates looked like tiny twinkling stars in the water, it was so fascinating to see! As night fell, they glowed brighter and brighter, and the stars shining above were so breathtaking. I wish I could live in this moment for just a while longer, but alas, I've got a bachelors degree to get!
